InFactory Solutions is now fully integrated into Testia

The team of InFactory Solutions joins the Testia family. After already being part of the Testia group for several years, the formerly independent legal entity InFactory Solutions GmbH became part of Testia GmbH in August 2024.

InFactory Solutions’ employees are integrated into Testia’s product development department. They will continue to work at their premises in Ottobrunn, near Munich. Contents of their former online presence infactory-solutions.net find a new home at testia.com.

Holger Speckmann, managing director of Testia GmbH, welcomes the new colleagues: “Our Testia team at the Ottobrunn site and InFactory Solutions have already worked under the same roof for years. We are more than happy to welcome them in our own ranks and continue good neighbourship with good coworkership!”

As the name changes, the innovative mindset remains

The legal integration into Testia GmbH affects mainly the internal organization. InFactory Solutions’ products and services will continue to provide high quality solutions for future industry needs – moving on under the Testia brand. With the merger, Testia again demonstrates its investment in automatization of inspection and structural integrity.

The products that Testia now includes in its own portfolio of solutions help industries to take the leap towards a smart and digital production environment. These products include sensor systems like In-line Vacuum Monitoring, In-line Infusion Monitoring as well as solutions in development like Automated Visual Inspection and Fiber Layup Monitoring – all of them dedicated to full automation and zero failure in production.

In-line Infusion Monitoring – formerly known as CFF – provides a sensor system for detection and localization of resin flow-front in dry fibre manufacturing processes (RTM, LRI). It is available in two versions, empowering customers to take the step towards fully automated composite processes: PF-16 as a portable device for process development and SF-16 as an industrial embedded system.

In-line Vacuum Monitoring – previously called Leakage detector – is an in-line measurement device for leakage detection in vacuum applications, based on gas flow and pressure measurement. It offers a straightforward solution for quick and reliable bagging of composite parts.
