The Spanish branch of Testia, Airbus’ subsidiary dedicated to Aerostructure Inspections and Non Destructive Testing, opens a new facility in Seville, expanding from its activities in Madrid.
Testia is an Airbus Company created in 1991 and specialising in Aerostructure Inspections and Non Destructive Testing. In 2012, the Group expanded with the opening of new facilities in Europe, including Ensia in Madrid, Spain.
Ensia’s creation aimed at answering the existing needs in the field of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in the Spanish Aerospace sector.
Since then, Ensia has kept growing and now relies on a staff of more than 30 young but yet experienced and qualified engineers and inspectors. Its business has been flourishing from supplying services and products to Airbus to other companies within the Aerospace sector.
Following on these developments, and in order to keep focusing on its top priority – customer satisfaction -, Ensia is now proud to announce the opening of a new facility in Aeropolis, Seville to get closer to its customers located in the south of the peninsula and to develop new potential partnerships in this area.
To celebrate the opening of this new branch, Ensia organises a launch party today in its brand-new Sevillan offices. A team of 8 inspectors is already working full-time in Andalusia.
